Hello friends!
Well the weekend was great. Friday we had a playdate at the Beckman's house. They painted their playroom like a jungle. They call it the Diego room. Dana's husband, Mike, made a loft type of thing with a rope to swing on. The kids had a blast! They would jump from the top to a mattress on the floor.
Then the weather got bad. So Dana quickly moved things in her garage so I could pull my car in. Good thing too, because there was hail. We ended up staying at her house all day playing in the lower level. I hate storms and it was so nice to be in a safe area with a friend.
Then Greg picked up the kids after work and we got to go to Scrap It. We giggled all night long. I got 2 layouts completed (4 pages) and I redid one that was really bugging me. I usally don't do that, but it just needed to be done. I went back to Dana's house after the crop and we scrapbooked until 3:30 in the morning. I felt like a school girl again, spending the night and sleeping in. I came home giddy and was ready to face the day with my kids, while Greg took his turn out to go writing.
Sunday we went to church and played on the playground after church. (And when I can get blogger to upload some pictures I'll do that.)
So now it's Monday. I woke up with a little tummy ache and so did 2 of the kids. Oh please-NO more sickness! I had to cancel some plans, because I didn't want to risk getting my pregnant friend sick. But I still have some plans for today....I better get the kids dressed.

Ok...you all DID have a totally fun weekend. I ran into Dana out running errands on Saturday and she told me that you all stayed up and kept at it -- how fun is that! You girls are the best. Glad I am getting to know you all.
The "pla-NT-ing" looks fun too...what a great hands on learning experience. I want to see the flowers after they come up.
