attn: scrapbookers

Hi scrapbooking friends-

I need your help. I have a theme that I want to scrapbook and I have several pictures to go with it. But I just don't know how to do it.

When we were on vacation we went to a McDonald's that had a bench with Ronald McDonald sitting on it. My kids loved this. I took lots and lots of pictures, because as I saw Austin crawling all over Ronald, it reminded me of what he does to me every single day. I have pictures of him on his shoulders, climbing on his head, in his lap...etc. The problem is the pictures are so similar. Normally, I would take 2 or 3 of the best and scrap them. But I need to use several to get that crawling all over feeling.

So how can I emphasize the meaning that I want to get across?

Ok I just went back and looked at the pictures. I didn't get as many as I thought and it is of ALL of them crawling on Ronald.

I thought of the title If Ronald could only talk....I could empathize!

Do you have any thoughts?

Cute title! I did a Ronald LO for a mini album and used a striped paper that Bill picked out for me. It had yellow red and I think a teal in it, but it worked perfectly. Very bright and cheerful. Can't wait to see the finished product.

I would rather go to Bulgaria than do that one. LOL

Actually, if I were not in a hurry to get things done before the trip, I would try to help you out with digital. It is a great creative tool.

What tickled me about the last picture is the three sets of big eyes.

By the way, since you have Photoshop Elements. You can develop any kind of paper you want. It doesn't have to be 12x12 that you can't print. You can patch it together.

Ok....this might sound weird...but are enough of the poses from the same location? What I mean is...what if you used Photomerge in Photoshop Elements...and Ronald basically stays still but there are MULTIPLE images of Austin all over him? I saw this the other day with a little boy going across the monkey bars. I think all the pictures were taken from the exact same spot...but perhaps if we played with it a bit (resizing Ronald etc) it would work....I think it might give the idea of how "all over" him he was. Just an idea.

whoops, I just went back and read...you weren't looking for a title!!! Sorry!! I would just pick some paper based on the colors in the photo, use at least three of the photos, maybe side by side and go with your title and add journaling....it will get your point across!
