My kids amaze me everyday, and I never take time to write down the things they do or say. So I am hoping to start journaling some of the neat things that they do.
Today, Austin was playing with the United States puzzle. He is really good at putting it together. And he knows what several of the states are named. But Greg and I looked at each other in amazement when he would take a puzzle piece and match it up to the same state on the map on the wall (which is 2x bigger than the puzzle).
I can’t get a clear count of how many states each child knows, but they seem to be learning so quick. And I am learning where the states are located too.
Mason likes the puzzle too, but he gets frustrated putting it together because the lines don’t match up exactly. So he usually ends up quitting or making me put it together.
Ashley usually needs help (me just sitting there), but she does a great job too. And I think she knows where more states are located than the boys.
